My programme wont load????!!!?

i downlaoded prison tycoon 4 game from ares ....it worked...but the prob is after playin it once i saved the game and had to off the comp in a rush...at the main switch...anyway, the point is dat no it won't work...everytime i open it ,it doesn't load the the screen is like all grey at the bottom...and no it doesn't jam my comp or anything.. the game just wont play...i've tried reinstallin and even redownlaoded the file....nothin worked...any suggestions here?
