Did You Notice On SNL, Sarah Palin and Tina Fey Did Not Even Look At Each Other?

I expected the two of them to do a sketch together making jokes and standing side by side. But they were not even in the same room. They did two different segments, and then quickly ped by eachother. Why is that? I mean they did not even look at eachother when they crossed paths.
