Help.. trying to copy and paste a doent (not the typical way)?

ok so i am trying to save a book from my cl to the computer. it was originally a pdf and i am trying to save it in office. but when i paste it into office it has a bunch of half page sentances then its like the enter on was pushed becasue the rest of the sentace is on the next line but the first word is underlined with the green line telling me to edit grammer. arghh so i had to manually go back and hit backspace then space bar b4 every line. this way it would be entire paragraphs rather than short mini sentances. i know there has to be a way to edit it non manually. i tried pasting only text, tried pasting into notepad heck i even tried posting it to my facebook thingy to see if that would take out the indentions but nothin is working. it took me hours to do the first few chapters and i have tonnnns to go. someone plese help, if you know any thing please let me know .. thanks
