How do I increase the pressure in my Worcester Bosch combi boiler (high flow 400)?

My upstairs radiators only get warm at the bottom. From reading up on internet looks like pressure is to low on my boiler, I have 0.75Bar, think it should be 1.5 Bar. I cant see how to increase this pressure when I remove front cover. Anybody help?
