Is this alot of food?
i just started trying not eat so much or least eat healthier so yesterday i had a grillchic salad from sonic i cup of homade brunsick stew and a small baked potatoe from wendys with sourcream chives brocolli and cheese we eat out and not at home so i tried to make choices from a resturant thats just our lifestyle so for my first day was that good thats all i had.and today i got a grill chic wrap with fat free ranch lett,tom,and black olives with light doritoes from subway thats all i have had today.im not hungry so dont tell me i should eat more.but i drink only water and have since i was 13 now 20 because i have a stomach problem.so was the first day alot?
