Question for a medical professional? Rhumatic Fever?

A few days ago i had a sore throat. My sister had strep throat, but i dont think i had strep throat because when i ate, my throat stopped hurting for a while, since all the drainage got washed down. I got over the throat ache, but now i am pretty tired. I dont have a fever or soar throat, just runny nose, congested sinuses, and tiredness. Should i be worried about rhumatic fever, or is it another virus or sickness entirely. Thanks for the advice.
