What is the oldest child you have seen with a pacifier?

Around 4 years is the oldest I've seen and it's so ridiculous looking to me! There's no point for a child that age to have one and it damages the alignment of their teeth in the process. My 3 kids all used pacifiers and all of them spit them out for good by the time they were 6 months old.
