Anyone from ohio know about judicial release?

Please help trying everything to get him home with us we miss him dearly!!!!!he is serving a 2 year sentence in ohio for drug trafficking he done his mandatory year an got a year not mandatory his first judicial got denied by the judge but not the state what's our odds of him getting it this time?????Please help!!!!Missing him in ohio
