Do you find different countries say names differntly?

Oh totally hun. Theres no "proper" way to say it, you know what I mean? Like Isabel here in U.S. is "Is-uh'bell" but in Mexico or South America its "Ees-ah-bell". Really I guess the proper way to say it would be the original way it was said, but thats very hard to pinpoint sometimes. I personally like that theres different ways to say things. I'm Greta and here in U.S. its just Greh-tuh but people from other countries often roll the R, its really fun I actually prefer it haha.
