Who is in the 2008 home run derby?

I'm a huge phillies fan. and i would like to know if Chase Utley is in th home run derby, I know he could turn down the offer, but i don't see Utley doing that if he's asked. and if he's not asked something is wrong with the MLB. I just wanted to know if he's in the home run derby?
