Would this pot roast still be edible?

It's been in the fridge for two days. I forgot about it until today when I looked in my fridge. I've been eating bad lately, like going to pick up dinners.. etc. Its been frozen but now its completely thawed. The date on it says 2011 AL 10.. it's expired right? Should I just throw it away?
